Baby's World Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene products (once opened)

How to Return:
1. Email us at babysworld.shop.bd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review and confirm within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to our address (we will provide it upon approval).

Refunds:
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refund will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

Damaged or Wrong Item:
- If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
